South Carolina Health Facilities

A dataset of health facilities licensed to provide care in South Carolina compiled by SC DHEC. The list includes a wide array of care specialties. Some providers are also located outside of South Carolina, eitehr because they are located close to the South Carolina border, are able to travel into South Carolina to provide their care, or are able to provide care from a distance through mailing or telehealth. The processed dataset includes the facility name, specialty permit type, latitude/longitude, and census information. The dataset is categorized as a Health and Healthcare Determinant of Health.
